That depends on so many factors like send where, for how long, why have they seen the child so little, are they responsible, is the child comfortable with them, etc.

to a kids show at a local theatre, for a couple of hrs, because the don't ever visit, i guess they are responsible, not comfortable. when i asked if she wanted to go somewhere with her grandma ada she replied "i dont have a grandma ada". if you are interested in the whole story i can fill you in.

It depends on what kind of grandparents they are. If they are kind, responsible people who love their grandchild why not?

That depends. I wouldn't leave my baby alone five minutes with my father. But I'd be fine leaving him with my mom for a while. My grandparents are great. They'd probably take the best care of him.

    "send" how long? why? where?
When my MIL visits once or twice a year we let her keep the kids over night. Would I send them to MD to live or stay for a month? NO

How long are you talking about?.. My daughters will only see my dhs side of the family about twice a year, unless we move to AZ..So if they want to take the girls when they are around I dont see a problem with it.. Unless they trash talk you or have major issues with oyu...

It would depend on why the Grandparent hasn't seen the child more often than that. If it was because they just didn't want to see the child, then no I wouldn't allow my child to go. If they've only seen the child a few times before because of location (Grandparents live far away), then yes . . . I would.

No, becaues thay would"nt know them enough to fill safe with them, And I would fill uneasy about it, not knowing how my child was being taken care of, or not. The Grandparents should"nt even ask to take them, knowing thay really don't know them either. ( their needs, likes etc.) Thay need to get to know them better first.
