Description:
Last night on Dr. Phil they were talking about how veterans who need medical attention are turned away. A back log of 800,000 out of a million vets are waiting for care. The people who oversee this are falsifying suicide numbers and purposely misdiagnosing PTSD as personality disorders, which are preexisting, so they don't have to take care of them. These poor, brave soldiers fought for us and our now being turned away for injuries suffered while doing so.

If you saw Dr. Phil last night are you horrified? Do you still think Bush is a good president?

Bleh. I love how anyone who has opposed this war from the start has been accused by Republicans of not "Supporting our Troops!" Sounds like their doing a fantastic job of it.

And I didn't vote, because I didn't see Dr. Phil last night, and I've never thought Bush was a good president, LOL!

I didn't see Dr. Phil, but I'm well aware of the VA travesty. I used to think Bush was a good president, but I woke up almost 2 years ago.

I worked for the VA and let me tell you Bush screwed our Veterans- the policy changes and budget under him and lack of accountability gave those brave men and women no protection. I saw patients who were ignored and shuffled around from dr to dr when they were being given poor medical advice and had the guts to stand up and complain.  I was personally instructed to just pass "complainers" through the system and keep changing doctors on them until they gave up asking for help.  It was sickening.  You couldn't pay me enough to go back to that job.

President Bush get this country safe for 8 years. We have not had another attack since 9/11. For some reason people in America think they know everything that goes on. They don't know the whole story. If you have every been in the military you would know that.

I am sickened by this treatment of our military. I'm a conservative and I believe that before the fat cats in congress get raises, decent pay and thorough care should be demanded for our military.

Bush is the worst President the USA ever had. He even beat Hoover in this arena!

I never really gave a crap about Bush. And while I think the veteran situation is pretty sad, I think it's worst that a pregnant woman can't get insurance. I signed up for medical aid when I first got pregnant. I'm almost 6 months in and they still haven't issued it yet. And my husbands insurance won't cover my pregnancy because "It's not a condition."
