we usually take ours down after xmas, it just depends on when we get sick of it and feel like having to deal with the hassle of taking it apart and putting everything away!

We keep it up until New Year's because New Year's is a sparkly glitzy holiday and so is a Christmas tree, it just meshes well together:)

I usually take ours down by the middle of January. I try to extend Christmas for as long as possible.
