Actually I feel better once it is all over. I was so stressed the last two days that I ended up really depressed yesterday. Christmas Eve is our big day with dinner and stuff and I didn't even want to cook (and I like to cook). My husband ended up doing most of it and we ate late because I just couldn't get moving. I didn't participate in anything else...just sat in my room. And after all the cooking I barely ate. I had no appetite.
This morning I felt better and the day goes on and I realize it is all over with I'm feeling more relieved. Can't wait for the kids to go back to school, lol.

Actually I get down ON Christmas. :( I hate having to take down decorations, that's the worst.

I actually am usually much more calm and relaxed when it's over. It's such a stressful time of year and always adds so much more to the plate. It's fun and great to have time with the family, but damn... I don't like the running around before hand!

I'm relieved when it's over as well. Just too much stress for me. It's nice to have the hubby and kids home though.

I'm with the other posters, I'm thrilled and relieved. I personally cannot stand the holidays.

A little bit, if there are things I regret...like spending too much, or not spending enough time with someone I wanted to spend time with, or eating too much....

I used to but know I don't really make a big fuss about it and it's just like every other day my husband and I do it after new years or around tax time when things are on sale it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much cheaper I love it!!!
