My son is in the terrible 2s and sometimes i get so overwhelmed and frustrated and i have screamed at him and then felt super guilty. What about you?

    I don't "scream" at her, we have "had words" Lol the only reason I don't is because I only scream in emergency situations and I don't want her to get used to or tune out that tone of voice. If that made sense at all... Lol

    My daughter is the same age. I'll be honest, I have screamed... Not often, but I am human, and just like everyone else I do make mistakes. I try not to scream at her, BUT, like I said, I'm human and I make mistakes. I'm a stay at home mom, my husband is in the Navy so he's been gone a lot... Thats an understatement actually. It's stressful. After it happens, I walk away, cool down, come back and tell her I'm sorry. And everything is fine afterwards. I explain that I didn't mean to scare her or upset her and I keep telling her I love her. But yeah, the guilt never goes away.
