I lose hair like no other! I have really thick hair though. I think hair is so gross when it leaves my head. Especially in the shower.

I have curly hair, so I think it's harder for the hair to come loose and make it's escape during my everyday activities. I noticed when I straighten my hair that the hair loss is less noticeable. :)

I must wash my hair daily. Mostly I wash them under the shower. In the sink I have a fine sieve. There I find after the shampooing and rinse about 20 hairs.

My hair stylist told me not to wear my hair in a pony tail. I asked her about special shampoos so she recommended me to use a vitamin enriched shampoo.... I always lose hair! I hate it too! Clogs the drain and I get the heeby jeebys cleaning it out... eeeek!!!! :X
