Description:
My mother has this "slow" ex-boyfriend. And since they broke up, he is trying to get back at her, by hurting ME! He went to CPS telling them that I do pot and cocaine with my 2 year old child. Are you kidding me!?!?!? That was yesterday, now he is calling the cops saying that I burned him with cigarettes, and I DO NOT SMOKE!!! He has called my house phone over 30 times within 1 hour, and my mom's cell phone 2 times more than that. He tells me over and over that I am getting my kid tooking away. I have NEVER did drugs, and I have smoked weed just a couple time back in the summer.

What would you do if someone was doing that to you??

Call the cops - he's harrassing you at the very least and it needs to stop.

I would call the authorities. Start with the cops, see what they tell you to do, who else you might need to call to get him some help. I would definitely NOT ignore it. What if he escalates? I'm assuming he knows where you live, work, where your kids go to school, etc. etc. This doesn't sound like "slow", this sounds like disturbed. Totally different animal. Do you know his family? Maybe they can help him out? But do something!!

Unless he is physically threatening you, the cops can do nothing to him. Sorry, that's how our system works. Calling them won't do much good. I would ignore the SOB and if he continues I would turn him in then.

My friend's ex does the same thing to her. He makes up outrageous stories and is trying to say that just because she has Cerebral Palsy she can't take care of their 4 1/2 year old little girl when she's a freaking awesome mom.

I use to work for a court house, and it's better to call and report everything he has done, because if he continues he can be arrested for harrasment and it makes you look better too for reporting him.

I WOULD DEFFINATELY CALL THE COPS. BECAUSE THAT IS HARASSMENT AND YOU DONT NEED THAT SHIT AROUND YOUR CHILD. AND FROM THE SOUNDS OF IT...ITS JUST GOING TO GET WORSE IF HE ISNT STOPED NOW. SLOW OR NOT HE HAS NO RIGHT TO DO THAT. AND IF IT COMES DOWN TO IT FILE FOR A RESTRANING ORDER SO HE CANT GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOU AND HE WONT BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. PROTECT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I WILL BE PRAYING THAT THINGS GET BETTER FOR YOU.
