At the Mtv Awards Taylor Swift won an award and during her acceptance speech, Kanye West went on stage and grabbed the mic from her and told everyone how he thought Beyonce deserved it instead. Later on Beyonce did win an award and invited Taylor on stage to finish her speech!

It was such a bizarre incident, what the hell was this guy thinking. He made it worse with his initial response which was sarcastic to MS Swift and reiterated his opinion on the Video award. Unfortunately Kanye West has had a series of similar episodes over the years.

the should edit the dictionary so that if you look up the word "douchebag" a picture of Kayne will show up.

"Kelly" the thing that stood out to me was that no major celebrities made any attempts to defend Kanye West.

I wouldn't say he's a loser because of it and I'm not sure if I agree I don't really like either singer, but he was inappropriate for doing it. Don't think he deserves all the crap he's getting just for stating his opinion though.

I was told that they have the same publicist & it was a publicity stunt. I can't say whether or not it's true or not...but I think that's something that Kanye would just say on his own, regardless...he's a nut.
