I have a job that requirs me to sit at least 75% of the day. When i get bored or tired I always seem to snack. It's not good because I have gained weight since starting this job.
I couldn't pick just one!!! I am not hungry nor do I have time in the morning, but by the time I get to work at 9:00 I'm ready for something! I'm a grazer which is supposedly good for you but not if you skip breakfast. I have a short lunch break so I often have to finish my lunch at my desk. That's probably bad for me too. Of course, chocolate any time of day is much desired!
I snack at night when I have no phone calls etc.
But I snack all day sometimes and then have a big meal.I do not work so I can enjoy what I call :My retierment!With no kids at home{the empty nest has pass for me!So ya do the same moms!For ya married moms give more time to your husband as ya use to when ya got married,let your KIDS? GOOOO!

i chose after bc its the most boring time for me..kids are napping, nothing to do but sit at the computer or watch tv...so i eat(and i know that is not good) but i snack throughout the day really...i just notice it more in the afternoon!
I'm not hungry between meals during the busiest time of my day (morning-afternoon). But after dinner when the kids have gone to bed and it's time to unwind...I get munchies. I usually try to eat something healthy. Usually it is skim milk with cereal, a banana or nuts.
I have this thing with getting up in the middle of the night to go eat something sweet. My eyes are half way open but i manage to get my midnight snack without a bump into a cabinet door or wall...lol
