I just don't see why theaters don't make a minimum age. You wouldn't take a baby to the opera would you? It just seems those people don't have enough common sense to get a babysitter.
We took our first baby to two separate movies and she slept through both of them ...three months old. Later, we only went to Drive-Ins so the kids could sleep in the backseat. It just depends on your baby....if you have a baby who doesn't fuss much, then why not go to a theater? It works for lots of us. But that was in the
cont. back in the 1960's when kids and parents were cool, calm and collected, didn'tscream at each other or have meltdowns or smoke pot...hehe... get the pictre? Times have changed....and not for the good.
I think it's fine as long as the parent takes the baby out AS SOON AS THEY START CRYING.
If they start crying just stick your boob in their mouth lol. Its dark anyway, if you're uncomfortable with nursing in public.
